Creamy Spaghetti
This easy Creamy Spaghetti is a quick dinner recipe my family loves! This is a great way to switch up spaghetti night. Serve with bread sticks or garlic bread and some salad. This only took me about 25 minutes to make and my family ate it two days in a row! Leftovers reheated well.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 onion
- 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp each of paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 15 oz Rao’s Alfredo sauce
- 24 oz Rao’s Marinara sauce
- Parmesan cheese
- Dried parsley
Make Creamy Spaghetti
This is an easy dinner recipe, so there really isn’t much as far as prep work! Start by chopping an onion and measuring out your seasonings.
Start a large pot of water on the stove and cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the package.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add one pound of ground beef. Add the chopped onion and season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
Cook until the beef is browned and drain any extra grease.
Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic, 15 oz of Alfredo sauce, and 24 oz of Marinara sauce. I prefer to use Rao’s Alfredo and Marinara sauce, but you can use any brand you like.
If you use a different brand of sauce I suggest tasting and adding any seasonings you think it needs.
Stir everything in the skillet together well and add the cooked/drained pasta. Stir well.
Serve Creamy Spaghetti
Top the Creamy Spaghetti with some dried parsley and Parmesan cheese! I like shredding my own Parmesan cheese from a block, but any Parmesan cheese will work.
I served this with some bread sticks and some green beans. A salad or some roasted vegetables would also be good.

Going to try this with Penne.
Made this last night and it was SO easy and SO good!
Loved the creaminess of this recipe. So good. Thanks for sharing.
Happy to hear you liked it!
This is so good and it feeds 6-8
Umm, No. this was one TikTok trend of mixing Alfredo Sauce and Spaghetti Sauce that did not work for me. neither one of us cared for it at all, and agreed not to be mixing those sauces. i got a stomach ache over it. as far as me and my house, i will leave the trend setting to you young ones.
We make this with tomato soup instead of those sauces and we call it “Sticky Spaghetti”!!
I never give a rating but I must say that this recipe is definitely a keeper, I used sweet Italian sausage and it was freakin awesome, thanks for the recipe
Happy to hear that!
This recipe went together quickly and my family enjoyed it, although they thought the garlic taste was very strong. A tablespoon of garlic is six cloves. Was it supposed to be a teaspoon? I will definitely make it again but probably cut back on the garlic.
FyI. Suggestion. I like to put spaghetti sauces in a crockpot. But wouldn’t recommend for this one. I lost all the Alfredo blend. It was just regular sauce. Or I’d stir alfredo in at the end.
