Creamy Beef Pasta Bake
This Creamy Beef Pasta Bake is an easy dinner recipe the whole family loves! This recipe doesn’t take a lot of actual cooking and makes a ton of food. For my family, this is one of those cook once eat twice kind of meals since it makes so much.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp each paprika and Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 24 oz Raoโs Marinara sauce
- 15 oz jar Raoโs Alfredo sauce
- 16 oz Cellentani pasta
- 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
Prep Creamy Beef Pasta Bake
This recipe is pretty easy to make so there isn’t a lot of prep work required. Make sure you have a pound of ground beef thawed.
I like to chop the onion and measure out seasonings ahead of time. I also like to shred my own Mozzarella cheese from blocks.
Make Creamy Beef Pasta Bake
To make the Creamy Beef Pasta Bake, start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.
Next, heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add one pound of ground beef and the chopped onion.
Season the ground beef and onion with salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, and some red pepper flakes. Drain any extra grease from the beef once browned.
Next, add the minced garlic, the jar of Alfredo sauce, and Marinara sauce to the skillet and turn the heat down to low. Stir everything together well and let simmer.
Once the pasta is finished cooking drain and set aside. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish. Pour the sauce and meat mixture over the pasta. Stir the pasta until everything is well combined. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
The pasta bakes in the oven at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Everything is fully cooked, so it only needs to bake until the cheese is melted. We like to leave it in long enough for some of the cheese to start to brown, but that isn’t necessary.
Serve the Pasta Bake
Once the cheese is melted and starting to brown it’s time to eat! I like to top the pasta with a little bit of shredded Parmesan cheese and some dried parsley.
Serve the pasta with roasted broccoli, green beans, or a salad. I also like making some garlic bread or bread sticks with this as well.

- I like to shred my own Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese from blocks for a creamier consistency.
- Swap out the ground beef for one pound of chicken if preferred.
- I like using the Cellentani pasta, but any pasta should work for this recipe.

I made this last weekend and it was so so good!! The leftovers were even better for a couple of my lunches during the week!! Very flavorful and delicious!!
So glad to hear that!
Cut the garlic back to 1 tsp. 1 TB was too much. It over powdered all the other flavors. We tried it again with less garlic. It was beter.
Just found this recipe but it makes so much for 2 people in their 60s. Does it freeze well.
