To make this easy and delicious dip, you can use either a stand mixer, hand mixer or mix by hand. The key to success is to make sure your ingredients are softened first. Mix together 1 block of softened cream cheese, 1 stick of softened butter, ¼ cup of brown sugar and ⅓ cup of granulated sugar until smooth. Then, add in 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract to the mixing bowl and add in 1 cup of mini chocolate chips and mix everything together until just incorporated. This dip can be refrigerated in an airtight container, but just let it set out for about 20 minutes to soften back up before serving!
