Make Copycat Taco Bell Nacho Fries
Cook frozen fries in an air fryer following the directions on the package.
I like to cook mine at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes to get them nice and crispy.
Look for straight-cut, extra crispy, or restaurant style when picking fries for this recipe. My favorite type of fries are these Grown in Idaho Hand cut fries.
These fries are consistent in thickness, crisp really well in the air fryer, and hold the seasoning well.
Through testing this recipe, I have found that it’s best to get your fries really crispy in the air fryer! If you don’t have an air fryer you can cook your fries in the oven.

Once the fries are crispy, toss the fries in oil and all of the nacho fry seasonings.
Set the seasoned fries to the side and get ready to make your burritos.

These Copycat Nacho Fries are so good in the burritos, but they make an awesome side for anything you might make for Taco Tuesday!
Make Loaded Nacho Fry Burritos
While the fries are cooking, add 1 lb of ground beef, a chopped onion, and a chopped jalapeño to a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.

Add all of the taco seasonings. Once the beef is cooked through drain any extra grease.
Now it’s time to build your burritos!
Microwave some store bought nacho cheese.
Lay out a tortilla and add some sour cream, shredded cheese, nacho fries, ground beef, nacho cheese, and a little bit of hot sauce.

Roll up the burrito and place it in a skillet or on your griddle over medium heat.
Assemble the rest of the burritos and toast them until golden brown.
