Air Fryer JALAPEÑO Poppers

These make an awesome appetizer for any Party or get together!

The thing I seem to have made the most over all of these years are appetizers. We are always needing something delicious and that is a crowd-pleaser to take to parties, BBQs or game days! These Jalapeño Poppers that are cooked in the air fryer are always a hit! They are crisp on the outside from that yummy bacon and melty and cheesy on the inside with the hint of jalapeño. YUM!  Sweet BBQ sauce brings all of the flavors together. These are absolutely delicious!

To make these delicious jalapeño poppers, start by cutting the tops off of 6 jalapeños and cut each of them in half. Carefully scoop out the seeds from the jalapeños and discard. It’s best to wear gloves for this part! Then, mix together ½ block of softened cream cheese, ¼ cup of shredded cheddar cheese and 1 tablespoon of Ranch seasoning. Stir until mixed well. Next, fill each of the jalapeños with the yummy cream cheese mixture. Cut 6 pieces of bacon in half and wrap each piece around a jalapeño. Cook in the air fryer at 350º for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes is up, brush some BBQ sauce onto the bacon wrapped jalapeños and cook for a couple more minutes until the bacon is nice and crisp. Once crisp, you’re ready to serve! You can even serve with a little extra BBQ sauce if you’d like!

Everytime I make these bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers, everyone loves them! They always disappear quickly anywhere we bring these! The crisp bacon with the melty cream cheese is so delicious! I love using my air fryer as much as I can because it cooks fast and makes things so much yummier and crisp! These jalapeño poppers are a quick and easy appetizer to make for many different events!
