My Teriyaki Chicken Sheet Pan Meal is also a winner with the family. This one makes a great meal prep and gets served over white rice.

Ingredients
- Boneless chicken thighs
- Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce
- Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika
- Small head of broccoli, chopped
- Baby potatoes, quartered
- Onion, sliced
- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese

Make Sheet Pan Parmesan Garlic Chicken Thighs
To make this simple and delicious recipe start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Next, spray a large sheet pan with cooking spray or line with foil for easy clean up.
The ingredient prep for this recipe is simple and minimal which is one of the reasons we love it so much!
In a small container gather your seasonings, 1 tsp each salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and onion powder along with 2 tsp each garlic powder and smoked paprika.
Next, just wash the baby potatoes and quarter them. Then slice up an onion and chop your broccoli or use a bag of the pre-chopped/washed broccoli for even easier prep.

Be sure to leave the broccoli in slightly larger pieces. This will help ensure it doesn’t overcook.
Once everything is prepped, add all of the veggies to the sheet pan and drizzle some olive oil over the top of them.
Season the veggies with about half of the seasoning blend you mixed together above.

Next, add the chicken thighs to a bowl and season with the rest of the seasoning. Add enough Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce to coat the chicken. Stir until the chicken is well coated in seasoning and sauce.
Once coated I like to dig little wells in the veggie and potato mixture and spread the thighs out on the pan.

Bake at 400 degrees F for about 35 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temp of at least 185 degrees F.
Sometimes veggies or chicken can release extra liquid when baking, you can carefully pour any extra liquid off and place the sheet pan meal back in the oven for just a couple of minutes.
I like to broil this for a couple of extra minutes, but that is optional.

Serve Sheet Pan Parmesan Garlic Chicken Thighs
The best thing about meals like this one is the fact that there is no sides needed! Once it comes out of the oven sprinkle on some Parmesan cheese and you’ve got a full dinner ready to go!

Leftovers reheated well and made an easy lunch the next day! You’ll love this recipe because it’s easy to make, delicious, and customizable! You could swap any vegetables or the sauce.

It was really good! I used radishes, carrots, potatoes, onions, celery, broccoli, AND cauliflower…. also I had chicken thighs, but the hubs had, chicken breasts, and it was delish!!! Thanks!!!!
So happy to hear you liked it!!
Thinking about using half heavy cream mixed with the parmesan sauce. Thoughts?
I have used that sauce in other recipes and I always like adding a little heavy cream to thin it out a bit. Still has a good taste.
Delicious
This was so good!!! Thank you so much for this recipe! I can’t get over how great it was. I will be making this often! I followed your recipe and it was perfect!
My Husband Dennis isn’t a big Chicken eater, he prefers Steak whenever possible. I made this recipe & tweaked it. I didn’t have a lot of the ingredients. I only had 1/3 a small onion, 1 celery stalk, 4 small yellow potatoes & bone in, skin on thighs & NO sauce!! So I found a Copycat recipe for the sauce & used what ingredients we had. It was a BIG WINNER! My Husband ate every bite & wants it on rotation 😆 🤣 I can’t wait to buy all the ingredients & make the recipe like it’s supposed to be.
I used leg quarters, and a bag of frozen mixed asian vegetables. It was deliciousThanks for reminding me how good it can be
Made it for dinner tonight. Loved it. My chicken thighs were bone in skin on so I fried them in a hot skillet for a couple of minutes on each side and then put them on the sheet pan with the vegetables. It comes together quickl and was perfect.y cooked. The garlic Parmesansauce was delicious and kept the chicken quite tender and juicy. It’s a keeper and will make again.
Thank you!
Would I need to alter the cooking time at all if I used breast tenderloins?
Are we suppose to leave the skin on
It’s in the oven now. Publix didn’t have any fresh broccoli so we’re using brussel sprouts🤞can’t wait looks so good in the video.
The recipe says internal temp of 185 shouldn’t it be 165?
Chicken thighs have so much fat, you can go to 185. If you use breasts, then you’re right: 185 would dry it out.
Good! Kids liked it, super easy. My potatoes were just a tad under done at 40 min, figure next time I’ll have to chop them smaller than 1/4s or pre-bake the potatoes for a bit. But even under cooked the meal was great!
Please update the instructions- you forgot to say to add the chicken to the pan!!
Thanks for catching that on the recipe card! It has been updated.
Excellent dish for family gathering😌
Tried this tonight after seeing it on facebook and it turned out great! I used sweet baby rays garlic Parmesan sauce because it doesn’t have added sugar. Served it over brown rice to soak up the juices. Very tasty.
Absolutely delicious!!! Both kids and hubby loved it! I added cauliflower too! Great recipe!!!!
Easy, delicious weeknight dinner! I used the same veggies but didn’t have the sauce so I mixed some mayonnaise with a little italian salad dressing and it worked perfectly! I poured off the excess liquid with 10 minutes left on the timer and everything got great color on it. No need to broil. Great basic recipe that can be used again and again!
Traditionally we eat alot of spicy food. We also like to try different food from different cultures and I adjust spices to suit our taste buds. I made it tonight and the only difference I made was doubling the quantity of spices. Me and my husband loved it. It was hard for me to stop eating. Although not needed but we ate with garlic bread. Thank you so much for sharing such an easy , quick to bake and one of the most delicious recipe that’s going to be a keeper. <3
Sooooo good and easy to make.

10/10 this recipe is fast and delicious! I have made this twice in 2 weeks. I recommend starting the potatoes first. The second time I made it I put the potatoes in for about 10 minutes while I got the chicken prepped. Then I baked as instructed. Everything was perfect.
This was delicious! I made it exact as recipe but used green beans instead of broccoli. The chicken thighs were so juicy and tasty! I’ll be adding this to regular rotation. It was very easy to make too! Thanks for the recipe!
So awesome to hear you liked it! Thank you!

So delicious! I followed the recipe exactly as you have it and it turned out really fabulous. My adult son, who is one of my favorite critics when I want to try new dish, came over and asked for seconds and then left with all the leftovers. This is a definite keeper.
I made this tonight and it was delicious. I loved how easy it was to make but I forgot to broil it for a few minutes. Was so good. Can’t wait to try more of your recipes!
New favorite weekday meal in our house! We’ve made it three times now. Everyone loves it and it makes for great leftovers!
Can you use frozen broccoli? I only have chicken breasts. Do you have to adjust the cooking time?
What is your go to Italian seasoning?
Does this work with skinless boneless thighs ?
Yes. That is exactly what I used!
This is absolutely delicious! I made it for dinner tonight and it was a big hit! Thank you so much for the recipe. Will be making this again!
I made this recipe tonight. It came out perfectly! I followed the instructions to the T.
The chicken, beautifully flavorful and cooked through at 35 min. The veggies, nice, moist and tender. My kitchen smelled fantastic while it cooked! I will be using this recipe again! Thank you!👏👏👏
I have made this a few times as the recipe states. I also ran out of the Parmesan garlic sauce and just did olive oil and the other seasoning on the chicken too and both turned out great! Adding this to my dinner rotation menu.
Great base recipe for an easy weeknight meal! I subbed Brussels sprouts for broccoli because I had some on hand and it was great!
This was good. Easy and quick on a week night. I just microwaved some broccoli. Even the kids liked it. They dipped their chicken in chick fil a sauce
Made this for the first time last night. It was delicious! Very easy to make, not much to clean up. A new family favorite.
