Make Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Sliders

To start making this easy slider recipe, start by prepping just a few ingredients! If you don’t have any leftover bacon from breakfast, start by making bacon.

I prefer to bake bacon in the oven at 400 degrees F on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. The bacon bakes for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked to your liking. Once the bacon is fully cooked, drain it well on paper towels.

While your bacon cooks, cut 1 lb of chicken breasts into small cubes.

Next, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 lb of cubed chicken to the skillet with some olive oil.

Seasoned Chicken

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Stir well and cook until the chicken is fully cooked reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

Slice the Kingโ€™s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls in half. Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese and top with the cooked chicken.

Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Sliders

Drizzle some Alfredo sauce over the chicken and top with more mozzarella cheese. I like keeping this recipe super easy by using jarred Alfredo sauce, but you could definitely make homemade Alfredo sauce to take it up a notch!

Sprinkle on some crumbled bacon and place the tops of the rolls on the sliders.

Mix together 2 tbsp of melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley. Brush this over the tops of the sliders.

For the final step, bake the sliders in the oven at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes.

Serve Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Sliders

Once the cheese is melted, it’s time to eat! Serve with warm Alfredo sauce on the side. I served these with a salad, but they would also be good with some air fried potatoes.
