Ingredients for Pickle Ranch Cheeseburger Sliders

Make the Pickle Ranch Dressing

To start making these pickle ranch sliders, start with the homemade pickle ranch dressing! This is a simple but delicious ranch perfect for dipping the sliders!

Start by combining mayo, ranch seasoning, milk, and 1/3 cup chopped Grilloโ€™s pickles. The Grillo’s pickles are my family’s favorite, but you can use any dill pickle you like!

Homemade Ranch with chopped pickles

Add a little splash of the pickle juice and stir well. Set the ranch in the refrigerator to thicken until you are ready to build the sliders.

Make Pickle Ranch Cheeseburger Sliders

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

Cook 1 lb of ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Seasoned ground beef in a cast iron skillet

Once the ground beef is browned, drain any extra grease from the skillet.

Slice Kingโ€™s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls in half. If you struggle to cut the sliders in half try to keep your knuckles flush with the counter top as you cut them with a large serrated knife.

Place the bottom of the rolls in a greased baking dish or on a sheet pan.

Lay out the American cheese on top of the slider rolls. Add the browned ground beef on top of the cheese.

Top the ground beef with a drizzle of the pickle ranch and the shredded colby jack cheese.

After adding the cheese, top them with some crumbled bacon, Grilloโ€™s Pickles and the crispy pickle flavored fried cucumbers if desired.

The crispy pickle flavored fried cucumbers are a salad topping and add a nice pickle-flavored crunch to the sliders, but if you can’t find them you can leave them out! There is plenty of pickle flavor coming from the pickles and pickle ranch.

Next, put the tops of the slider rolls on and brush with the melted butter.

Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. You can add as many sesame seeds as you’d like.

The sesame seeds give them a little bit of texture and make them look like the perfect mini cheeseburgers.

Pickle Ranch Cheeseburger Sliders

The Cheeseburger Sliders bake at 350 degrees F for about 10-15 minutes.

You just want to slightly brown the tops of the rolls and melt the cheese.

Serve Pickle Ranch Cheeseburger Sliders

Once the cheese is melted and the tops of the rolls are browned, it’s time to eat! Serve the sliders with the rest of the pickle ranch for dipping!

I served these with some fries, but they would also be good with an easy salad kit!
