Make Beef and Cheddar Sloppy Joes
To make these easy and delicious Sloppy Joes, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Brown 1 lb of ground beef and a chopped onion.

Season the beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Stir the seasonings and beef together well.
Once the beef is fully cooked, drain off any extra grease.Â
Add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, and Arby’s sauce. Stir everything together well. Let simmer on low for a few minutes while you prep the buns.

While the Sloppy Joe mixture is simmering, toast your onion buns and heat up some nacho cheese sauce.
I like using the Pepperidge Farm Onion Buns with Poppy Seeds for this recipe, but you can use any hamburger buns you have. The onion buns help give more of the Arby’s flavor.
Serve Beef and Cheddar Sloppy Joes
Once the buns are toasted, it’s time to eat! Build the sandwiches on the toasted buns with a scoop of the sloppy Joe mixture, top with crispy onions, and add some nacho cheese to the top bun.
I served these Sloppy Joes with Arby’s curly fries and an easy salad kit!

You will love this recipe because it can be on the table in about 30 minutes, it’s easy to make, and perfect for a busy weeknight dinner.
Store any leftovers of the meat mixture in the refrigerator.
