Ingredients
- 8 count Garlic Bread Toast
- 24 slices of roast beef
- Au Jus Gravy seasoning packet
- 3 cups of water
- Sliced provolone cheese
- Dried parsley
Make Garlic Bread French Dips
Cook the Garlic Bread toast according to the directions on the box. I like to then cook it a little bit longer so it is nice and crispy!
While the bread is cooking, follow the directions on the Au Jus Gravy seasoning packet. Let simmer on the stove until ready.
Remove it from the heat and add the roast beef to the Au Jus.
Once the garlic bread is crispy, use a spoon to push down in the center of each piece of bread.
Put half a piece of provolone cheese on each one.
Top with 3 slices of roast beef and another half piece of provolone cheese.
Put the garlic bread back in the oven until the cheese is melted.
Serve Garlic Bread French Dips
Once the cheese has melted, it’s time to eat! Top with dried parsley and dip in the remaining Au Jus. Enjoy! I served this with a big salad.

What brand garlic bread do you use
If I buy it at Aldi it’s the Mama Cozzi brand. When I buy it at Walmart I get the New York Bakery brand. Hope that helps!
What kind of roast beef do you use?
I just use prepackaged lunch meat roast beef, but you could definitely buy a better quality through a deli.
