Make Kielbasa and Pierogies Sheet Pan Dinner

To start making the sheet pan dinner, start by prepping just a few of your ingredients!

Slice your peppers, onions, and kielbasa. Measure out your seasonings and set aside.

Spray a large half sheet pan with cooking spray and add the frozen Pierogies to a large bowl. I bought a 4 lb bag of frozen Pierogies from Aldi and used half of the bag.

Add some olive oil to the Pierogies and toss or stir until they are coated in oil. Add a little less than half of the seasoning blend to the Pierogis and place them on the sheet pan. Try your best to put them in an even layer.

Kielbasa and Veggies

Next, add the sliced peppers, onions, and kielbasa to the bowl and season them with the rest of the seasoning blend, the minced (busy people) garlic, and a little bit more oil.

Once they are well coated in seasoning and oil add them to the other side of the sheet pan.

Bake at 400 degrees F for about 25-30 minutes. It helps to flip the Pierogies about half way through cooking and give the veggies a quick stir.

Sometimes vegetables release a lot of liquid while baking in the oven. If you notice excess liquid on the sheet pan you can carefully pour some of that off and put the sheet pan back in the oven for a few minutes.

After 25-30 minutes, I like to broil the sheet pan meal for a couple of minutes to get it nice and browned. Just be sure to keep a close eye on the meal, so it doesn’t burn.

Once the Kielbasa and Pierogies are golden brown and the veggies are cooked to your liking, it’s time to eat! Top the whole sheet pan with some dried parsley and enjoy!

I also served this with some sour cream on the side.

If you have a larger family, you could easily do one whole sheet pan of Pierogies and one sheet pan of the kielbasa and veggies to feed more people. This fed my family of four with no leftovers.

You will love this recipe because it is easy to make, doesn’t dirty up the whole kitchen, and doesn’t take long to prep. The Kielbasa and veggies could even be sliced ahead of time to cut down on the prep time!
