Make Sheet Pan Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloin
To start making this easy sheet pan meal, start by prepping your veggies.
First, chop the broccoli, onions, peppers, and a pineapple into chunks.
Add all veggies to a large sheet pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. The sheet pan I am using is from Sam’s club and is technically called the half sheet.
Next, add some olive oil to the veggies and pineapple. Season with some salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir everything together well.

Next season your pork tenderloin. I used a pack of pork tenderloin that was about 2 lbs and came in a package of two. I bought mine from Aldi, but you find these in all kinds of different flavors at just about any grocery store.
Add some oil to the pork tenderloins and season on both sides with the blend of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
Add the pork tenderloins to the middle of the sheet pan.

Bake in the oven at 375 degrees F for about 40 minutes or until the veggies are cooked how you like them and the pork tenderloin temps at 145 degrees F.
If there is any excess liquid from the vegetables, you can carefully drain the liquid and place the sheet pan meal back in the oven. This can also be broiled for a couple of minutes if desired!
Pour the sweet and sour sauce over the pork tenderloin and place it back in the oven for just a few minutes.

Serve Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloin Sheet Pan Meal
Once the pork tenderloin is fully cooked and the veggies are cooked how you like them, it’s time to eat!
Slice the pork tenderloin into thin slices and serve with the veggies and pineapple over white rice. Top with chopped green onions.

You will love this sweet and sour pork recipe because it’s an easy one pan meal, pretty healthy, and the leftovers reheat well for lunch the next day.
I love sheet pan dinners because most of the ingredients can be prepped ahead of time making them great for a busy weeknight dinner.
Tips and Frequently Asked Questions
- I used a package of unseasoned pork tenderloin from Aldi that was about 2 lbs and came in a package of two.
- My favorite sweet and sour sauce is Buffalo Wild Wings brand because it has a little bit of heat to it, but any sweet and sour sauce will work in this recipe.
- Serve this sheet pan meal over some microwavable white rice.
- Pork Tenderloin should cook to an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F. All ovens cook differently, so I recommend checking the meat with a meat thermometer.
- My family likes broccoli and peppers, so those are the veggies I used. You could definitely swap out the vegetables for whatever your family will eat.
