Chopped Club Sandwiches
Chopped Club Sandwiches are so easy to make and always a hit with the family! These are perfect for lunch or a quick and easy dinner when you really don’t feel like actually cooking.
They are made with ham, turkey, Colby Jack cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and honey mustard. You can use any sub rolls or bread you like, but I like making these on King’s Hawaiian Rolls!

Ingredients
- Kingโs Hawaiian Rolls or any Sub Rolls
- 10 oz ham
- 10 oz turkey
- 6 slices Colby Jack cheese
- 1 package bacon, cooked
- Leaf lettuce
- 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
- Honey mustard
Make Chopped Club Sandwiches
To start making this easy recipe, cook 1 lb of bacon. I like baking it in the oven at 400 degrees F on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. The bacon will cook for about 25 minutes. Drain any grease from the bacon and set aside.
Wash your lettuce and tomatoes, then slice the tomatoes and set aside.
Next, prep your bread! If you are using King’s Hawaiian rolls, carefully tear apart rows of three Kingโs Hawaiian Rolls. Slice into the tops of the rolls without cutting all of the way through them to make 4 “sub rolls” out of the King’s Hawaiian Rolls. Set aside.
You can really use any bread you like for this recipe! If I’m not making them on Hawaiian Rolls, I like buying sub rolls from Sam’s club or I buy the “day old” bread from Jimmy John’s for 50 cents. Any bread will work for this recipe.
Next, lay out the ham, turkey, cheese, and bacon on a large cutting board.
I used about 10 oz each of ham and turkey, 6 slices of Colby Jack cheese, and 1 lb of cooked bacon.
This is really one of those recipes that you can use as much or as little of any of the ingredients as you’d like!
Then add a few handfuls of leaf lettuce and two sliced Roma tomatoes on a large cutting board.
Use a large knife to chop all of the ingredients together. Once chopped into small pieces, drizzle some honey mustard over the chopped ingredients.
Stir everything together well.
I don’t use exact measurements on the honey mustard. You can add as much or as little as you like. I used Ken’s Steakhouse Honey Mustard, but use any brand your family likes. You could even make homemade honey mustard if you prefer!
Serve Chopped Club Sandwiches
Once all of the ingredients are all chopped up, it’s time to build the sandwiches! Use a spatula to scoop the chopped ingredients into the Hawaiian Rolls or Sub rolls.
Serve with more honey mustard on top of the sandwiches. I served this with some mini pickles and chips for lunch, but you could also serve it with some pasta salad, homemade potato wedges, or some fresh veggies and fruit!
These ingredients will make enough to fill two packages (12 count) of Kingโs Hawaiian Sweet Rolls or about 8 sub rolls.
These would be perfect to make for a pool, lake, or beach day this summer!
