Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Bake

It’s made with 1 lb of your favorite pasta, 1 lb of cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great), 1 jar of Alfredo sauce, ranch seasoning, bacon, and cheese!Â

Use freshly minced garlic or jarred minced garlic for this recipe.Â

Rotisserie chicken can be used for this recipe or you can cook chicken prior to making the dish. When I cook chicken I season it with a little bit of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Always cook chicken until it reaches 165 degrees.
- I used shredded mozzarella and Colby Jack cheese, but you can really use any of your favorite types of cheese in this recipe.Â
- You can use any type of pasta you want for this recipe, but my favorite is 1 lb of Cellentani pasta.Â

Ingredients
- 1 lb Cellentani pasta or your favorite type
- 1 (15 oz) jar of Alfredo Sauce or homemade Alfredo
- 1 Ranch seasoning packet
- 1 lb of cooked chicken shredded or chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar OR Colby Jack cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 pieces cooked and crumbled bacon
- Dried Parsley
Instructions
- Cook bacon and chop into small pieces.
- Shred a rotisserie chicken (1 pound) or cook one pound of chicken and shred/chop it up.
- Boil one pound of pasta according to the directions on the package. I like Cellentani pasta for this recipe, but any kind will work.
- Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Pour cooked pasta into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Add 15 oz of Alfredo sauce, the cooked chicken, and ranch seasoning on top of the pasta.
- Add half of the mozzarella cheese, cheddar OR Colby Jack cheese, and bacon.
- Stir everything together well.
- Top with the rest of the shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Top with dried parsley.
- Serve and enjoy!
