Rotisserie chicken can be used for this recipe or you can cook chicken prior to making the dish. When I cook chicken I season it with a little bit of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Always cook chicken until it reaches 165 degrees.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Cellentani pasta or your favorite type
- 1 (15 oz) jar of Alfredo Sauce or homemade Alfredo
- 1 Ranch seasoning packet
- 1 lb of cooked chicken shredded or chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar OR Colby Jack cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 pieces cooked and crumbled bacon
- Dried Parsley
Instructions
- Cook bacon and chop into small pieces.
- Shred a rotisserie chicken (1 pound) or cook one pound of chicken and shred/chop it up.
- Boil one pound of pasta according to the directions on the package. I like Cellentani pasta for this recipe, but any kind will work.
- Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Pour cooked pasta into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Add 15 oz of Alfredo sauce, the cooked chicken, and ranch seasoning on top of the pasta.
- Add half of the mozzarella cheese, cheddar OR Colby Jack cheese, and bacon.
- Stir everything together well.
- Top with the rest of the shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Top with dried parsley.
- Serve and enjoy!

Does this take on the taste of the Alfredo or more of the ranch flavor?
Does anyone else find this quite salty? It could be that I made the alfredo sauce instead of using a jarred sauce. It is delicious and VERY yummy- but use a couple of low salt ingredients instead of the straight up salty options.
