Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1/2 tsp each of salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder
  • 1 TBSP ranch seasoning
  • 1 TBSP minced garlic
  • (2) 15oz jars Alfredo Sauce
  • 8 pieces of cooked/chopped bacon
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • Dried Parsley

Make Crockpot Chicken Bacon Ranch Spaghetti

To start making this easy recipe, add 1 lb of boneless skinless chicken breasts to a large crockpot.

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and ranch seasoning.

Next, add 1 TBSP of minced garlic and 2 jars of Alfredo sauce to the crockpot. I used two jars of Rao’s Alfredo sauce, but you can use any brand you like!

Chicken and Alfredo sauce

Cook on low for about 4 hours. Once the chicken is fully cooked, shred or cube up the chicken. I usually prefer to cut the chicken into cubes.

Add about 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese to the crockpot and stir.

Next, cook spaghetti in a pot on the stove according to the directions on the box.

Finally, add the cooked spaghetti to the crockpot and stir everything together.

Serve Chicken Bacon Ranch Spaghetti

Once everything is mixed together, top with cooked chopped bacon and some dried parsley. I served this with a Caesar Salad, but it would be good with any roasted vegetables or some green beans as a side!

Tips and Frequently Asked Questions

  • Always cook chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees.
  • I used Rao’s Alfredo sauce, but you can use your favorite brand.
  • Freshly minced garlic or jarred minced garlic works for this recipe.
  • I shredded mozzarella cheese from a block of cheese for this recipe because I feel like it melts better, but you can use the already shredded cheese.
  • My favorite way to cook the bacon is in the oven! Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper. Add the bacon to the pan and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is cooked to your liking.

  1. Maybe a silly question but did you add the cheese to the spaghetti after the noodles were cooked, or while they are still in the water?

    1. Add the shredded cheese to the crockpot with the shredded or cut up chicken. I went back and re-worded how that was typed out in the blog post. Hope that makes more sense!
