Prep Parmesan Garlic Chicken Garlic Toast

This recipe doesn’t require much prep work, but it uses a small amount of crumbled bacon.

If you donโ€™t have any bacon leftover from breakfast, cook your bacon however youโ€™d like or to save time you could use store bought bacon bits!

Uncooked bacon on sheet pan lined with parchment paper

I like baking bacon in the oven at 400 degrees F for about 25 minutes or until it’s nice and crispy.

Line your sheet pan with parchment paper for super easy clean up!

Drain the grease from the bacon well on paper towels. Use a knife to chop the bacon into smaller pieces. Set the bacon aside.

Next, cut the chicken into small bite-sized cubes.

To start making this easy recipe, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add 1 lb of cubed chicken to the skillet with some olive oil. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Cast Iron Skillet of cooked chicken

Stir the chicken and seasoning together well and cook until the chicken is fully cooked reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.ย

While the chicken is cooking, bake the garlic toast according to the directions on the box.

I like to add a few extra minutes so it gets extra crispy, but that is optional.

Uncooked Garlic Toast

Once the garlic toast is cooked, top it with the cooked chicken.

Next, add as much Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce as you’d like and top with a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese.

If you aren’t a fan of Parmesan Garlic sauce you could use a different sauce like BBQ sauce, Buffalo sauce, ranch, or even Alfredo sauce! The options are endless with these garlic toast recipes!
