This recipe doesn’t require much prep work, but it uses a small amount of crumbled bacon.
If you donโt have any bacon leftover from breakfast, cook your bacon however youโd like or to save time you could use store bought bacon bits!

I like baking bacon in the oven at 400 degrees F for about 25 minutes or until it’s nice and crispy.
Line your sheet pan with parchment paper for super easy clean up!
Drain the grease from the bacon well on paper towels. Use a knife to chop the bacon into smaller pieces. Set the bacon aside.
Next, cut the chicken into small bite-sized cubes.
