Sheet Pan Breakfast Pizza
This Sheet Pan Breakfast Pizza is easy to make and so good! This is perfect for breakfast or breakfast for dinner!
Breakfast Pizza also makes a great breakfast prep because it freezes and reheats well. My favorite way to reheat from frozen is in the air fryer at 400 degrees F for 5-7 minutes.

Make Sheet Pan Breakfast Pizza
To start making this recipe, start with cooking the bacon. You can cook the bacon however you like!
I prefer to bake it in the oven at 400 degrees F on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Once the bacon is fully cooked drain on paper towels and set aside.
Next, mix Martha White Pizza crust following the directions on the package. Spread the pizza crust out over a large sheet pan. Poke holes in the pizza crust and prebake following the directions on the package.
You can really use any pizza crust you like. Homemade or even the canned pizza crust should work for this recipe. You just want to have enough pizza crust to cover a large sheet pan.
Scramble at least 4 eggs in a pan on the stove, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
Make the gravy by melting 3 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add 3 tbsp of flour and stir together. Let flour and butter cook for one minute. Add 2 cups of milk and stir continuously until gravy reaches your desired consistency seasoning with salt and pepper.
After prebaking the pizza crust, spread some of the gravy over the top. I didn’t quite use all of the gravy on the pizza.
Next, top with both kinds of shredded cheese, the scrambled eggs, and the cooked/chopped bacon.
Bake at 475 degrees F for about 10 minutes or until all the cheese is nice and melted.
Serve Sheet Pan Breakfast Pizza
Once the cheese is melted, it’s time to eat! Cut the pizza into squares and serve. I like topping mine with some dried red pepper flakes or hot sauce for some heat.
Leftovers can be put in the freezer in gallon size freezer bags. I separate the slices with parchment paper to keep them from freezing together.
The leftovers reheat well in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes making this an awesome breakfast prep.
