Make Southwest Ranch Chicken Tacos
To start making this easy recipe, cut chicken up into small pieces or cubes. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add 2 tbsp of butter and add the chicken to the skillet.
Next, season the chicken with salt, cayenne, chili powder, cumin, paprika, dried cilantro, and black pepper. I like this blend of seasonings for Taco seasoning, but you could use a Taco seasoning packet instead if you prefer. Cook chicken until it reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees.
Once the chicken is fully cooked drain any extra grease and remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in some Southwest Ranch sauce. I didn’t use exact measurements on the sauce, just add enough Southwest Ranch to coat the chicken.
Warm up the tortillas.
Build tacos with the chicken, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
Serve Southwest Ranch Chicken tacos
Once the tacos are built, it’s time to eat! Serve with more of the Southwest Ranch sauce or some sour cream. Enjoy!
This Taco recipe would be so good with my easy Spanish rice recipe or some chips and salsa!
