Steak Dirty Fry Burritos
Steak Dirty Fry Burritos are easy to make and so good! These are a great way to switch up your Taco Tuesday dinners! These are inspired by one of my favorite local restaurants that makes awesome burritos.
These burritos are made with steak, crinkle cut fries, white queso, peppers, and onions all wrapped up in a large tortilla! I made these out on my outdoor flattop griddle, but you can also make them inside using 1-2 skillets.

Make Steak Dirty Fry Burritos
To start making this recipe, start by slicing one pound of skirt steak into thin strips. Go ahead and slice a green bell pepper and an onion into thin slices as well.
Cook crinkle cut fries according to the directions on the bag.
First, add about 1 tbsp of olive oil to the griddle or a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced peppers and onions and season lightly with some salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Once those are cooked to your liking, remove them from the heat and drizzle another tablespoon of olive oil onto the pan or griddle and cook the steak seasoning it with a little bit of steak seasoning.
I used Montreal Steak Seasoning, but you can use your favorite brand. Once the steak is cooked to your liking remove it from the heat.
Microwave the white queso. Lay out a tortilla and top with sour cream, fries, peppers and onions, steak, and queso.
My favorite store-bought queso is Pancho’s White Queso from Sam’s club, but any microwavable white queso should work!
Roll up the burrito and place it in a skillet or on the griddle over medium heat. Toast the burrito until golden brown in color.
Serve Steak Burritos
Once the burritos are golden brown, it’s time to eat! Serve the Steak Dirty Fry Burritos with Tapatio hot sauce for dipping and enjoy!
These burritos would be awesome with my easy rice recipe, some fresh Pico de Gallo, chips and salsa, or some fresh Guacamole.
