Make Teriyaki Chicken Sheet Pan Meal
To start making this super easy sheet pan meal, prep all of your ingredients.
First, chop all the veggies. Chop the onions and peppers into about the same size. Roughly chop broccoli leaving them in decent sized pieces.
This is really one of those recipes you could really use any vegetables your family likes or has on hand.
Next, chop 2 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breasts into cubes. You could also use 2 lbs of chicken tenderloins instead.
Spray a large sheet pan with cooking spray. Add all the veggies to a large bowl and drizzle it with a little bit of oil. Season to your liking with some salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir the veggies until they are well coated in oil and seasonings.

Pour the veggies onto a large sheet pan sprayed with cooking spray and slide them to one side of the pan.
Add the chicken to the bowl and season with the same seasonings you used on the veggies.
Next add a little bit of Buffalo Wild Wings Teriyaki Sauce and stir until well coated in seasoning and sauce. I used just enough of the Teriyaki Sauce to coat the chicken. You can add more sauce to the cooked sheet pan later.
Pour the seasoned chicken onto the other side of the sheet pan.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. Once the chicken is cooked pour off any extra liquid and broil for a few minutes if desired.
Stir the chicken and veggies together and top with a little bit more of the Teriyaki sauce if desired and the chopped green onions.
Serve Teriyaki Chicken Sheet Pan Meal
Once the chicken and veggies are cooked how you like them, it’s time to eat! Serve as is or over some rice. This meal is good with white rice or some microwavable fried rice. Enjoy!
