Ingredients
- 2 packs of Martha White Brownie Bites (15 oz total)
- 2 eggs
- 6 TBSP Oil
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- 2 TBSP of butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- Melted dark chocolate chips (optional)
Make Brownie Bites
To make this easy dessert recipe, start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together the Martha White Brownie Mix with 6 tbsp of oil and 2 eggs. Stir well and pour the brownie mix into a mini muffin pan. Fill each one about half way full.
I like to use the silicone muffin pans that do not need to be sprayed with cooking spray. If using a normal muffin pan I would spray with cooking spray, so the brownies don’t stick.
These brownies will bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Make Peanut Butter Balls
While the brownies are baking, make the peanut butter balls. Combine 1/2 cup of peanut butter, 2 tbsp of butter, and 3/4 cup of powdered sugar. I prefer to use my Kitchen Aid Mixer for this.
Mix together until everything is well combined and smooth.
Roll the peanut butter mixture into small balls.
Make Peanut Butter Brownie Bites
After the brownies are baked, take them out of the oven and immediately press a peanut butter ball down into the brownie bite. Let sit in the pan for a few minutes then remove the brownie bites from the pan.
This next step is really optional, but I like to melt 1 cup of dark chocolate or semi sweet chocolate chips in the microwave (stirring every 10-15 seconds) until melted.
Use a fork to drizzle the chocolate over the Peanut Butter Bites and let sit until chocolate dries. Sometimes it helps to put these in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to help the chocolate harden.
Serve Peanut Butter Brownie Bites
Once the chocolate drizzle has hardened (if you can wait that long) it’s time to enjoy them! These are the best two bite little desserts for any family gathering! These don’t usually last long.
