Make Smoked Cream Cheese Sausage Balls
To start making this easy breakfast recipe, preheat the oven or smoker to 350 degrees F.
In a mixer mix together pancake mix, cheese, sausage, cream cheese, and maple syrup.
I used Colby Jack cheese, but shredded cheddar cheese is also good in this recipe.
Once everything is well combined use a cookie scoop to scoop out the sausage balls.
Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray and place sausage balls on the sheet pan.
Smoke on a smoker for about 25 minutes or until the sausage is fully cooked.
Bake at 350 degrees F in an oven for 20-25 minutes.
Serve Cream Cheese Smoked Sausage Balls
Once the sausage is fully cooked, it’s time to eat! My family loves dipping these in syrup or jelly!
This is a recipe that reheats well in the oven/air fryer, so they make an awesome breakfast prep. I’ve even put them in the freezer before and they reheat well.
