Make Chipotle Roast Beef Sliders
To make these Chipotle Roast Beef Sliders, start by opening the slider buns.
Next, lay down 5 slices of provolone cheese. Next, add the roast beef.
I added one big slice of roast beef per slider, but you can really use as much meat on these as you’d like.
Top the meat with Chipotle sauce and some cheddar cheese squares.
I cut a few slices of cheddar cheese into smaller squares, but you can use full sized pieces or even use shredded cheddar cheese instead.
Finally add some crispy fried onions on top.
Place the tops of the slider buns on the sandwiches. Spread 3 tbsp of melted butter over the tops of the buns Sand season with a little bit of garlic powder. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
Smoke on the smoker at 350 degrees F for about 10 minutes.
These can also bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes or until all of the cheese is melted.
Serve Chipotle Roast Beef Sliders
Once the cheese is nice and melted and the tops are starting to get toasty, it’s time to eat! Carefully slice the sliders apart with a sharp knife and serve. I served a little bit more of the creamy chipotle sauce on the side. Serve with fries or a salad!

I made these in the oven and they were really tasty. I used the Target brand creamy chipotle sauce and that worked great. I always appreciate a slider recipe!
This is the best! I didn’t have poppy seeds so I just threw on some parsley. I opted to leave off the chipotle and use it as a dipping sauce as I’m the only one in the family who likes it. It was delicious with the sauce and my very picky kid and husband loved it without the sauce. Definitely adding it to our rotation.
Happy to hear that!
