Ingredients

- Milk
- Instant white chocolate pudding mix
- Cool whip
- Strawberries
- Melted Chocolate

Make Chocolate Covered Strawberry Poke Cake
To start making this super easy dessert, mix together and bake a Strawberry Cake Mix in a greased 9×13 baking dish following the directions on the box.
Once the cake is fully baked allow it to cool for about 10 minutes.

Next, use the handle of a spoon to poke holes all over the cake.
Mix together the pudding mix and 4 cups of milk following directions on the packaging. Pour pudding mix over the cake before it completely thickens.
Allow the pudding to set up on the counter for about 5 minutes before topping it with a tub of cool whip.
Top the cake with quartered strawberries and melted chocolate.

I used Baker’s Microwavable dipping chocolate, but you could also use almond bark! Just be sure to microwave the chocolate in short 15 -30 second increments, so that it doesn’t burn.
Use a spoon to drizzle the melted chocolate all over the top of the cake.
Place the finished cake in the fridge for a couple hours for the chocolate and pudding to set.

Serve Chocolate Covered Strawberry Poke Cake
Once the pudding has completely set and the chocolate has hardened, it’s time to eat!

Keep any leftovers of the cake in the refrigerator.
You will love this recipe because it’s easy to make, delicious, and totally customizable!
